As provided by article 13 of the European Regulation (“GDPR”) concerning the protection of personal data, Artainment Worldwide Shows S.p.A., with head office in Via San Marco, 46 (20121) Milan, the data controller, (indicated as the “Controller”), provides users who visit the website www.giudiziouniversale.com (hereinafter also referred to as “website”) information concerning data processing.

The information systems and the software procedures in charge of the functioning of this website acquire some personal data during their normal functioning, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information which is not collected to be associated to identified interested parties but which, because of their own nature could, through elaborations and associations with data kept by third-parties, allow user identification.
This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers accessed by users who connect to the website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operative system and to the user computing environment.
This data is used for the only purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to control its correct functioning and could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of possible computer crimes to the damage of the website.

The personal data conferred by the user optionally (such as, for example, when information or explanations are requested by telephoning the numbers indicated on the website or writing to the email addresses indicated there) are used for the only purpose of allowing possible formulated requests to be processed and to exercise the obligations of law and/or the precontractual obligations and/or contractual obligations deriving from the legal relationship in the constituted case.
If the user should decide to contact the Controller through the specific forms found on the website, he/she will be informed in detail about the indications on the processing of the requested data by accessing the specific information sheets on the pages of interest.

The collected data shall not be shared, sold or exchanged with third parties without the explicit consent of the interested party, except when communication to third parties (competent authorities, consultants or companies that provide supply services and IT assistance) is necessary to respect legal obligations or to execute the obligations deriving from the relationship existing with the interested party or if the third parties (among one of the indicated categories) operate as privacy supervisors.
The interested party can ask the Controller for the list of external subjects that carry out their activity as supervisors according to the article 28 of the European Regulation 679/2016.

The collected data is processed with information systems and only residually in paper mode. Suitable security measures are observed to avoid data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The data will be processed only by authorized subjects (specifically nominated to be in charge or to privacy supervisors) and kept for the strictly necessary time to process the requests of the interested party and however within the terms of law.
Processing location
For the processing of data linked to website services the Controller uses servers located inside the European territory.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party may assert rights at any time, without formality, by contacting the data controller, the rights of which at Chapter III of the European Regulation n. 679/2016 (art. 12 and following).
In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning him/her exists, even though not yet registered, and its communication in an intelligible form.
He/she can, also, request the erasure or rectification of personal data and, in accordance with art. 18, the limitation of data processing in the following possible situations:

- The interested party contests the correctness of the personal data, for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the correctness of such personal data;

- Even though the data controller doesn’t need it for processing anymore, the personal data is needed by the interested party to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;
- The interested party has objected to the processing in accordance with article 21, paragraph 1, while awaiting verification of the possible prevalence of the data controller’s legitimate reasons against those of the interested party.
